The Americas

ClinTec moved into the emerging market of Latin America in 2003, with studies taking place in Argentina and Brazil. Since moving into the region, we have participated in several studies across therapeutic areas including Oncology, Neurology, Rheumatology, Metabolic Diseases and Anti-Invectives. We have also undertaken several trials involving Paediatric patients.

ClinTec’s Regional Manager for Central and South America has over 8 years of experience in clinical research having worked on over various studies throughout the region, including Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Guatemala and Dominican Republic. He has also been certified as a Regulatory Specialist by the Ministry of Health in several countries in this region.

Central & South America, although previously seen as a “back-up” region, is fast becoming a first option for studies. This shift in attitude can be accounted to many reasons; namely, a large network of treatment-naive patients leading to high recruitment rates, attractive timelines for Regulatory and Ethics Committee Submissions, large cities with many hospitals and competitive costs.

With our experience in working in this region and the expertise of our Regional Manager, ClinTec is the ideal partner for companies looking to break into Central and South America.

ClinTec’s regional offices are located in Mexico City as well as New York City which is strategically placed for ClinTec's expansion across the highly established market of North America.

Our global coverage in the Americas extends to:
Argentina / Brazil / Canada / Chile / Colombia / Mexico / Peru / USA / Venezuela
