Experienced Professionals

Our CRAs have experience in a variety of therapeutic areas. They are highly educated and experienced professionals coming from diverse clinical backgrounds, including registered nurses, scientists, physicians and clinical specialists. The majority of our CRAs have earned the title of Senior CRA in recognition of their abilities. Throughout Eastern and Central Europe our Senior CRAs are also qualified Physicians.

Ongoing Training and Development

As part of ClinTec's commitment to ensuring high quality monitoring services, we provide our CRAs with a comprehensive training and development program. Our training program provides support both to in-house CRAs and those located regionally, helping to ensure compliance with applicable local laws, regulations, and guidelines around the world. Regular accompanied site visits and the support of a senior member of staff as a mentor provide additional coaching and monitoring of CRAs performance. ClinTec tracks and reviews all metrics to ensure that Client satisfaction remains at the highest levels.
